Recently diagnosed with alpha gal, I needed to supplement my protein due to restrictions from mammal and dairy. This marine collagen provides 9 grams of protein per serving and helps boost my overall intake for the day. I use it in my orange juice or smoothie and it has little to no taste. Highly recommend! As I grow older my nails split very easily. This collagen doesn't completely alleviate the problem but it helps a lot -- I tried stopping for a few months and the splitting grew more frequent so I'm back on it.
I like this brand because of its commitment to checking for toxins.
