When I first started using creatine monohydrate, a long time ago in a gym far, far away, it was easy to tell that it worked. Once it fully loaded, I got a huge boost that was impossible to mistake for anything else. Alas, I haven't been able to replicate that since, no matter what I've done, but recently I went back to monohydrate and noticed some positive difference.When I received the Amandean Con-Cret, it coincided with being off monohydrate for about a week, so I thought it was the perfect time to give it a shot. I will say that it seems like I am experiencing the same positive benefits as with the monohydrate. This is based on taking one capsule a day and then two on training days. Since you get 120 capsules in a bottle, it will last a good while, depending on how many days you work out a week, of course. I do a full-body HIT routine, then take two days off, so this bottle will last around 3 months.I don't mind creatine monohydrate powder, but I do like the convenience of capsules, especially if I'm going to be on a trip somewhere. I would definitely recommend these capsules over creatine monohydrate capsules, chewables, or especially gummies. I really feel like if you can't stand the powder, then the Con-Cret is the way to go.
So nice to finally find a quality American made creatine. I also love that it's capsules and the value for what you pay is great. So much easier to keep a routine of just a capsule or two vs having to blend a 5g scoop of gross powder every day. I have been using for a couple of weeks now and can already see results! More energy and muscles growth! 💪
I usually throw a teaspoon of creatine powder in my protein drink. But this capsule form is also good. I like that it's a different form of creatine. And I like that it's made in the USA and has the GMP stamp on it. I'll be using this as my main creatine supplement until it runs out.
I love this product! Once a day, with or without food, just drink plenty of water as recommended on the label. No flavor. Good lift without drag. I recommend them!! Do yourself a favor and give them a shot!!
I recently started using creatine. As a powder, it’s fine to add to soup or stew, but a bit inconvenient otherwise. These capsules promise the equivalent of 5 grams of creatine monohydrate powder in a single capsule. I like to use these when I’m not having a meal where powder is convenient.

I used to take the monohydrate version for some people that might cause bloating issues. The HCL is easier to absorb and doesn't cause bloating problems. If you have a problem with the monohydrate, I highly recommend this.
This is not creatine monohydrate but more concentrated creatine HCl. So only 1 med capsule, not 4 to 6 as I am used to. Nice!
